There are only about 3 places you can see that warning.
1) Email
2) HTC Sense - Email (Same as above), Facebook, Twitter, Internet Time, Weather, Stocks, Music
3) Quick GPS
I know the Registry locations for a few of these. Will post after I dig for them through my cabs.
