The splash screen be found here:
Sprint Basics 1.3 Kitchen\SYS\21056\dpi_192_resh_480_resv_800\COMMON \Redist_dpi_192_resh_480_resv_800
The file name is welcomehead.192.png
Replace it with a 480x800 PNG file named the same and you should be good to go.
