no one is suing, its just a cease and desist meaning, stop or else
and HTC's case against apple is pretty weak when you look at what apple has against HTC, even though at lot of it should be directed at google, HTC still has to answer for it. so i'm pretty sure htc's lawyers aren't exactly strutting around, nothing to strut for
