I know that and will happily donate to the cause, as I've done in the past... the issue is that people were hitting that button, donating, and still unable to move the unlock process forward... and for the record, consumer replacements are supposed to be free, so you'd think they would have a system in place to verify it's the same type of handset and phone number, so you don't have to bother them with a ticket...
