Look. The point I was trying to make that no one seemed read is: I own device xxxxx and device zzzzz. I paid for them. they both would use sprint's services equally. The network burden depends on me as a user of how much data I consume and calls I make. If you say its fair, great! business as usual for everyone.
Simply put..same reason why you can't use a verizon phone on sprint...cause sprint said so..sprint wants more money..and at the rate ppl are buying they can get away with it.
