lol, Gas is a commodity, just like the energy you use to charge you phone. you get charged the same for Electricity to charge you Phone so that just fails there, vs Insurance is a service that you pay for, and depending on the car you have just like the phone they have the ability to charge you for a premium. the EVO is the latest and greatest they can charge more for it because its just that the latest and greatest.

Just like how they started making people get Data plans when they bought smart phones. people did not like it but you know what if they really wanted it they paid for it. again if you want to use something on their network than you are going to have to pay what they charge. there network is not a public network, they own it, its there, so they can charge what every they want to.

Roads are Public anyone with a license is allowed to drive on them you have to follow the rule but you can drive anywhere on them you want to. if you come to a private road the owner of that property can charge you what ever they feel like but you have the Choice to not use that road just like you have the choice to not use sprints service.
