I found the problem too, just a little to late after I started the upload. Back to the drawing board for me. Now that I have have more research behind maybe I can found what is holding on to the memory.

Any of you willing to flash another chefs rom and see if this problem with sms/mms existed on their rom. I know I tried expressyourcell and didn't get any errors with programs. But I didn't try the sms/mms combo. Now I have something to do tomorrow (like I didn't already )
