We don't tolerate discrimination in humans. No race should have to pay more for riding the bus or crossing the bridge. Some business practices are allowed price discrimination. Its not a perfect world. Some companies get away with it. Actually all companies get away with it in some form or another.

How is it Discrimination? They are not making you change your plan on your TP2, they are not making you use The EVO phone. that would be YOUR choice. it's soooooooooo simple ether use it or don't. no one is forcing you to upgrade, you decide to use it, you know what you are going to have to pay to use it. Remember we live in america, its call FREE ENTERPRISE. You do have the RIGHT to choose not to use it. You do have the RIGHT to complain about it. It was YOUR choice to pay full price for the phone. It was well publicized about what the requirements where going to be for a plan for that phone. Your argument just does not seem logical to me.
