mine has done this before. Latest Mighty Rom with stock clock.
I used my 1st and 2nd clock spot for mon-fri. the 3rd is random, like on the weekend if i need to get up early. I've had it go off a couple times for what the 3rd alarm is set for even with it not turned on.
