some builds already have NetCF just check to see if that build has 3.5 by going in

Sources>Windows Mobile Builds>Build#>Common>NetCF
if you see a folder that says 3_5 like this folder netcfagl3_5.dll then you don't need to add any thing if not then use this addon and replace NetCF with this package and remember don't merge those folders and also OSKitchen should not be running when doing this
