I love my EVO i think its probably the best phone out and as far as you going to apple because of issues. Let me tell you something when you have any piece of electronics sometimes your going to run into problems its just law or the land when you dealing with technology but at least you have some type of insurance with sprint. You still cant even get any type of insurance with at&t or apple for the iphone. And apple aren't to thrilled about replacements either. And if you don't think people have problems with the iphone you need to go check out there forum. Ppl will always find a problem with something.
