That's pretty much what they told me at the Sprint Store too. I didn't mention I bought at Radio Shack at first, because I knew they'd just tell me to go away. I ended up talking to RS too, and they were much more helpful (the manager is supposed to give me a call when they find out what the deal is and/or get some more phones).

Quite possible. I wish that were the case for mine, but unfortunately it's most definitely happening.
