Other than MMS. it is working very well. It is definately alot faster w/o any lag. Hopefully I can get mms working

There's a
looooong thread about getting MMS to work with the newer HTC Messages app. The sense messaging cooked into MightyROM is less advanced earlier version, that it lacks the new conversations screen, and a few other features.
As for speed, I can't tell that it's any slower than the native WM text app, which was never really snappy in the first place. The finger scrolling for threads up and down isn't super smooth, but it doesn't freeze up or anything. The scrolling for the conversations is very smooth.
What it DOES do is resolve and issue that's been driving me bonkers where closing a text threads in the WM text app locks up the phone, as discussed over in
this thread.
