Well, you can disable the automatic rotation of the screen... Settings -> Sound & Display -> Scroll to uncheck 'Orientation'

That's one way. Or pull the battery.

Or... I would assume the "preferred" method would be to hold the End key until the menu comes up and chose "Power off" - however, it won't shut down, it'll reboot to WinMo. The feature is (obviously) broken, so the devs just make it reboot instead. Now that method does take a little longer - and there shouldn't be any issues just soft resetting... but I assume the menu method would let Android restart properly. Let linux sync up, etc. Again, I don't think anyone has had an issue soft resetting the device to get back to WinMo.
