Another thought,
I did run your blue theme cab (dl'd from first page cause I know you changed it) Also another taskbar. I've tried uninstalling both with no change to camera status but I should probably try to flash again just to clean it up. Other than that I have the same programs installed as always (well except for skyfire which I finally realized was already in the rom, LOL).

Will flash again tonight if I get home at a decent hour!
