Can someone post TimeZoneAutoFix 1.0.2014.3330.00? Or a link to it?

I'm still having TimeZone Issues when I use 2014. I tried cooking in the regedit like ai6908 recommended and still nothing. It only happens when I use 2014.

Could it be a compatibility issue with using older dependencies?
