Yes I am using Voice Command v. 1.6, that must be the problem. Do you know of a better version or a way to fix the problem I am having?

try to avoid pressing to voice command button during calls, or right before you answer a call. not sure if anyone else is having this problem. are you using the ms provided cab, or are you running a tweaked version?
