My 30 day grace period wasn't up yet and this was the final thing that pushed me to Alltel and their version of the 6800. I had already had a couple of long, multiple-transfered, anger inducing customer service calls with Sprint already and when the cut this off, I canceled the service. I'll pay more at Alltel for the peace of mind that I won't have to make the monthly call to straighten out inevitable billing errors (and the working-out-of-the-box mms isn't bad either).
