The left hand side of my Verizon Touch Pro has lost responsiveness when touched/tapped. I tried to go through Asurion online and it said that the defect is covered by Verizon's extended warranty. Does anyone know what the replacement options verizon will give me if a file a claim? I am tempted to just buy the Incredible or wait for a new phone if they are going to simply give me another refurbed touch pro. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
