My phone fell 12" onto a rubber mat n came in slight contact with a seriously dull rounded piece of light metal. i pick it up n look to see it punctured the screen protector. Why did the ball point pen being pushed thru it in the pic on the original packaging not puncture it lol ? i know why becuz there was probably no force behind it .. What crap
