I have seen some folks point out that a software developer wouldnt want to get into legal issues with creating such app but the developer doesnt make the decision on how the app is used. For all he knows, he wants to catch his wife in a conflict of their conversation for a laugh. You dont see knife makers getting into legal battles because one of their knives was used to slit someones throat. And even then, if the developer felt uncomfortable, he could put his own disclaimer advising that the program may not be admissable in court.

I would gladly pay top dollar for a working app. as I know nothing about developing apps I make this offer to any developers out there I will pay $1000.00 for the app you develop if you prove to me it works on the EVO.

Stipulations:
- must work without using speaker phone
- must record both sides of the conversation
- must save files in a common audio format
- must have the ability to play disclaimer at the beginning of each call
- must have the ability to organize and rename recorded calls
- must have the ability to automatically start recording at the beginning of each call
- must have option to record calls to memory card

I will also offer a finder’s fee of $50.00 for anyone who finds me a working app with the same stipulations minus the disclaimer (I don’t care about the disclaimer as the law in AZ states calls may be recorded under normal course of business without any consent, and we are a 1 party state for personal calls).
