Thats an ongoing issue.
supposedly the hardware is there for it but its been disabled by either Sprint or HTC. theres a few threads floating about. i could not an official one to link to but if you do a search youll find a few based on you TP2 to as well as the TP one. i think the GSM version has it straight out the box.
