I prefer to do my kind of flash dance.
Old flash dance:
1) Load stock ROM
2) Run Clear storage
3) Load Custom ROM
4) Run Clear storage
My way
1) Run Task29
2) Load Stock
3) Load Custom Rom
4) Run Clear storage
This usually makes my switch overs a little faster and smoother.
