yes, but sadly it's A)1.6 (w/o camera/gps/bluetooth support/no marketplace) B)no access to the installer cuz i dont have the developers log in as of yet... I might eventually if the person who sold it to me ever decides to give it to me.

But it makes for an decent MP3 players with an awesome capacity for the price.
Also the sound quality is quite good cuz of the x-fi processing
