The way I do it is use itunes. Go to amazon or google the album art. Copy it and then in itunes select "Get Info". Paste the album art here then it will always show up on your phone. A bit of a hassle, but it works. My downloaded album art in itunes, won't work on my phone. Only the artwork that I manually attached to the song will.
