Thats how you'll know what is the "premeire" line.

How this worked for me was I had a Sprint account single plan. I switched to family plan and added one line. Rather than my original account being the Premeire it defaulted to the new number. I didn't know... Go on a year or two and I have added 2 more lines to the family plan, the original (2nd) Premeire line is still Premiere... I didn't realize this at all.

So when I read about this same situation in April I emailed customer care and said how confused I was that the wrong number was listed. They quickly replied and agreed to swap the Premiere "back" to my number which was teh original single account, but yes, it would have to be active for 3mos. Well, for me the 3mos was July 1, which coincidentally would have been my 1yr/premeire date anyway so I was OK with that.

Then I want the Bold to upgrade my Tour (Blackberry) and I called to beg an early renewal. That took some talking (to telesales supervisor) but with the ammunition of Customer Care who offered that telesales could, should and would upgrade me early since I was a customer in good standing, etc... I got my upgrade May 16, and my next eligibility I was politely informed will be May 16, 2011.

Long story short, play the card that your lines were bumbled around and you didn't realize it until it was too late to do something about it in time for the EVO and could they make an exception.
Thanks, now I got to get that fixed, after looking at my bill they got it all out of wack.

thanks again.
