Speed Increase of 4G for Me.

Hello all. I am posting this to let you know that Sprint has done something right, at least for me. I called to see what could be done for me since i wanted to use the hotspot feature to see what it was all about. Needless to say most that have done this that are on the ERPR PLAN should know by now that we are not eligible for the free month since we are on an 'EMPLOYEE' plan.
Well I talked to the Rep and she asked if I was having problems. Well I told her about me getting 1 Mb a second with 4G :

And 2.5Mb with 3G,
She asked if I would like to be sent to TECH support since they are trying to figure out issues in areas where 4G is already in place.I come to find out that I am in a 'BLIND' spot for 4G coverage on the NORTH side of CHICAGO.
They said they would see what they could do.
2 Days later I am downloading a file and i see that it says 1.1MB a second for a few seconds at LEAST. I was floored by the results. I have now been getting about 5Mb a second through the 4G connection.CONSISTENTLY.All in all I am now happier than I was, BY A WIDE MARGIN.
Having been told this I suggest that all those who have 4G coverage call tech support if its not better than your 3G service. This is what she ( the CS rep) recommended and the tech support person agreed and said to tell all who I could that if the 4G coverage in their area is worse than 3G PLEASE CALL AND LET THEM KNOW. The more they know the better it will be .
And tell them you want to start a TROUBLE ticket on this issue as it will be 'IN THE SYSTEM' as she put it. It will snowball and they will be aware of this issue. and it will be resolved sooner for all.
Thanks and I hope this experience of mine will help some of the rest of you who have 4G.
Check out my http://www.speedtest.net post and tell me what you think.
