Don't worry, I was also very confused on the Task29 thing, I had no clue what to do, so normally I didn't use it. But if you look at
this post it's much easier. All you have to do is run that .exe when your phone is synced to activesync, it's just like flashing a ROM, if you download from the post I linked you to you don't have to worry about putting anything in the .exe you can just run it. But BEFORE you do that make sure your phone is unlocked!! That is a must! Seeing that you're coming from the Stock ROM you don't HAVE to do this, but you can. Task 29 essentially from what I understand is like flashing back to the Stock ROM, it gets rid of bits and pieces from other ROM's.
But keep in mind, if you do run this .exe to do a Task 29 keep in mind your phone won't boot.
Here is a great video to explain Task 29 from someone over at XDA I believe. After a Task 29 it's easiest to flash the ROM from an SD card. If you're not using a SD card to flash your ROM I would not recommend doing a Task 29 right away, you don't HAVE to do it. It might make things more difficult, so unless you're flashing from a Micro SD card I wouldn't recommend a Task 29 right away.
