Stream media from server to TP2 over 3g

Alright. I am looking for a solution on how to stream my videos and music from my Windows Home Server at home over 3g to my TP2 and have it play in TCPMP.

When I am at home, I can turn on wifi and stream through Resco File Explorer and any media player on the TP2 that I want. The instant I leave my wifi bubble though, I am reduced to FTP access to my files.

I have tried Kinoma Freeplay using the Orb service. It works exactly how I would love to have access to my files, but the Kinoma player plays videos horrifically.

Is there a way to somehow map the network shares through Resco File Explorer so that they can be accessed through 3g? Or is there an app out there than actually connects the windows home server to the windows mobile phone???, ridiculous that this should even have to be asked MICROSOFT.

Thanks.
