Glad to see this has happened to other people and not just me.
I guess I can't get past the part of why they change the primary number to the newest line! If I have had one number/account for 15 years, then add a new line, I would think they would want to keep the primary number the same while the whole account is active.
Secondly, since I am a premiere customer, I don't think I should have to wait 3 months before I can use my upgrade. I guess I'll have to ask them why they changed the main number to the newest number. I surely didn't tell them to. Hopefully at minimum, I can get an upgrade in september, a year after I got my TP2. It would be awesome if they would allow me to bump my upgrade up a few months like I here some are saying. Have any of you guys had sprint move your 12mo upgrade up to like 9 or 10 months?? I see people in the TP2 forum saying sprint allows their reps to bump up one line a year or so.
