Rom manager has been pumping out updates faster than I can download them. I think they are fixing stuff, but when I downgrade to stock, I still have the same issue w/ Rom Manager. I have 2 Evo's and they have the same thing happen, but I think it's because I've already rooted, upgraded, and then downgraded. The only way to be sure is to find someone that has a completely stock rom.
If rom manager doesn't work, I can walk you through the manual method, which I think is very easy anyways.
If we can do this, I wouldn't be able to call you until about 6:30PM PST (7:30PM your time in Colorado) but at least you'd get personalized help rooting and flashing your phone.  |
That would be cool. I get home from work about that same time, too, so it will be perfect.
I'm always antsy the first time -- never unlocked my Mogul, unlocked my Diamond and used Indagroove and Calkulin ROMs, then got a TP2 and actually started building ROMs with Calk's kitchen. It's a progression.
