If you are rooted with toasts method..I'm pretty sure this unroots you and you will need to do it again...
The unrevoked.com root works with it...although I can't speak for that one.. I'm with toasts method.

I'm with Unrevoked at this point. I think, since I'm not being prompted, and have no issues with the SD card, I'll just skip it.
