Here's my $.005 on The Wipe. I applied WM flash logic which I'm familiar with and then I searched and confirmed my theory. Google and I are ti-aight!!!
It can never hurt to wipe (unless it's single ply) butt (hee-hee) if you don't wipe and the ROM stinks (this is too easy) there's a good chance you'll need to start over.
For small updates-OMJ 1.2 to 1.3 you are probably safe without wiping. IMO the more drastic the change/update, or if you're going to another chef
the more there is a need for a wipe.
