I feel like an idiot (maybe I am) but I can not get any Rom to flash to my Hero. I am rooted. I can see the su application in my menu and I can get to the menu on the phone that says to flash from zip. When I flash the rom I always get a message that one of the files is corrupted. It is not always the same file but the same result, the instal is aborted. I have read the guide and tried the steps outlined there with no joy. I have tried both of Fresh's latest roms with no joy. I have tried with the files from rooting on my SD card and with them removed. I have tried with only one rom on the SD or multiple Roms on the SD card at a time, with no joy. I appologize if this is a stupid question, but what am I doing wrong? Is there a step I am missing?
