You would have to make taskbar edits, I have seen one where it was just white (I think on a Hero). The problem was it just made that space white, it didn't push everything on the taskbar all the way to the right side to fill the empty space. I know tsowen is going to be working on Taskbars so he might have some insight if he ever stumbles into this thread. You could also ask Godzon in his thread in the themes section.
