The traffic density color bars flash on and off intermittently and as such don't provide trending of congestion in advance enough to make alternate route choices. The program worked really well on WinMo 6.5 on the TP-2.
Anyone else experiencing this problem. I'm in Seattle a 4G market but that is not relevant to this problem. Maybe it's just my phone. The Sprint Ready Now folks in the local store had not seen the issue before and had no answers for me.
