Re: Best Buys WET Zagg Install

UPDATE: So I just got off the phone with Best Buy and as I expected they said "well we have no proof that you didnt take it into a wet environment." To which I responded, "the battery indicator isn't wet. which to me tells that it wasnt submerged in water by me or that I have taken it into a wet environment. The phone works perfectly fine but I know that if an issue were to come up Id have a difficult time trying to get Sprint to replace it. I think that during the install his fingers may have been sprayed with the water and he accidentally touched the indicator;since its impossible to do an install without purposely/accidentally getting your fingers wet".

She then tried to sell em on paying $10 a month for Best Buys protective plan "as we will replace it for any reason including that water damage". I said "I shouldnt have to buy another insurance policy for an act I did not do." She said she would contact her boss who is currently in Minnesota (random cuz Im southeast texas but w/e) and that she thinks he's gonna pretty much say we dont have proof of that. She also said that the issue has never come up before so shes not sure.
