She is right if you do it from gallery everything goes fine but when you look it tells you it is waiting for wifi access to upload the video it won't even give you the choice to use wifi. I do wonder tho if it would use 4g if it was available I bet it would. If so then someone should be able to hack it to use 3g as well. I do not have programing skills or 4g to test this anyone else game?
