I by no means know much about facebook, my wife on the other hand is a pro heh. But I do think Facebook has a limit on embeded video size. BUT, YouTube, being as they compress it themselves don't have a limit I don't think, and the phone has a nice YouTube Widget that you can record video and instantly send to YouTube, and you can link YouTube videos to Facebook. Might not be exactly what you want but hope it helps. Plus you can send 720p to YouTube!
