Not sure I understand your question.
If you rooted your phone, you should install a rooted rom.
Having a rooted phone w/ an unrooted rom causes issues.
The screen w/ the phone and the
/!\ is not "technically" the recovery screen yet. You still need to run the .bat file on the pc to get to the recovery screen.
And yes, for now, the .bat file is the only way to get there and it is required each time you want to flash.
Eventually, the developers will come up w/ a sticky recovery. Which means you'll be able to get all the way to the recovery screen just by using a button combination on the phone.
