Is the special edition worth trying out if she will be using mobile shell?

I'm sorry I have looked over the first 10 pages and the last pages and searching this thread and cant really find this info.


Also either of those releases are completely stable as the stock ROM?
OF and SE are pretty much the same thing, SE just has more custom Icon's sliders and mostly graphical changes.
