They really are very close and comes down to personaly preferance mroe than one clearly better than the other. I have na Imagio and my coworker the Incredible and they are comparable depending on what you need. Especially if you run Exchange, there are some WinMo benefits, though the other syncs most everything. However ass cell phones go by the end of this year there will be the next round of "better phones". So just jump in and pick one, it'll be outdated in no time, no matter which one you pick.
