Google Maps is a lot more basic and doesn't do that sort of thing. Live is a little more specialized and will recalculate and do voice recognition. Above those there are a few that aren't too expensive that will do turn-by-turn directions with voice as well as recalculation and all. I've got a copy of Mio on my phone that I got from a friend and it narrated me to my job interview today
