Yes, go to "SETTINGS" Tab. I am sure there's a way to go from Start as well.

Don't go to Start....use your slide bar & drag it over to the Settings Tab. Personalize is at the top...you should be able to find what you need from there. |
I think the START soft button has been reg-outed.
