I have a Sprint Hero that's been used approximately 5 months and is in great shape. It does have a few scuffs on the back cover but that can easily and cheaply be replaced on eBay (less than $15) if it bugs you that much. It comes with everything I got with it (box, manuals, charger, usb cable, 2GB microSD card). In addition I will throw in an 8GB microSD card, an additional usb cable, and I can throw in a blue silicon cover for it too if you want that. If you have any questions, please let me know.
