It has to do with the phone # assigned to your airave along with the gps location. Check your account page and do a reverse lookup and it will show where you airave thinks it is.

I guess I'm not that familiar with Sprints site but how do I do a reverse lookup?

On your account page it will show the phone number associated with your airave. Take that phone number and enter it on a reverse lookup website and it should tell where the number is located.
