hands down best IMO is "Live Earth" with the maps pack addon. Works very well on the Nexus One (and evo im sure).

It has the earth rotating, you can add the moon too, add real time clouds, day and night...;

also with the maps addon (all free btw) you can have all the planets, all the star wars planets, both death stars, futurama earth, and even more. Really really amazing.
