program the work number to the contact tab... when you tap the pic, itll call work.. when you tap the name, itll bring up contact card and you can dial another number for the contact by a "tap" then..
im guessing "cell" gets listed first due to an alphabetical thing.. dunno if that can be changed or not honestly
