THEN, if you don't like it and it is defective, bring it to another service place. Keep tryin different places untill you get what you want or call up after a few "defective" units...
Bottom line is if that USB port was broken, they could not even try to get it running.
I called in after my 4th refurbished POS. they wouldn't give me a new phone, they would give me the new customer 200 dollars off a new phone deal... this is after being with sprint for 5 years... when this one takes a crap, I'll be going straight to the cancel-my-account department, I hear they can magically do everything...
