I called to cancel because my TP2 locks up and needs a soft reset often. (which is true). . The lady on the phone first asked what phone I would get if I got an early renewal, I said EVO, she then said there was some kind of "two week program". She had to take it to her sup. and call back; which she did, and now I got my second wave pre order in.
